Yes, they are using used up frying oils to make soap. Yes, it looks gross going in. But do you see how it changes during the process? No bacteria will survive the chemical process of saponification. And a recipe for laundry soap is going to make it more harsh, and high cleansing.. so it’ll wash dirt away effectively.

We can learn a lot from countries who have learned how to be more resourceful and less wasteful. More curious, less judgmental. 🙏
