🔥Hot August Nights 🔥 themed Buti Glow & Flow in the dark!! This event is Free for Members and anyone who joins between now & the event and $25 for non-members. Link in bio to book.

Ego Wellness will be here 6:30-8pm with $20 Vitamin Shots open to the public.

The FOMO is real!!! Spots are filling up! Get out your neon because The Fix is hosting our first Buti Glow & Flow with guest teacher and it’s gonna be LIT!!! 🦋 Buti is a primal fusion of dance, cardio and vinyasa yoga!
We’ll have an artist on deck doing face & body paint 🎨 as well as pro photography for you to post and tag us 📸
This event is free for members and only $20 for non-members! And if you join at or before the event it will be deducted from your first month of membership!! (DM for more info)

I haven't even looked in my closet in 2 weeks! I've been living in yoga pants. And as for minimalism, the amount of school papers and random craft supplies being brought out and then shoved back in a closet every day is definitely not a minimalistic approach. 🤦‍♀️

So no, I’m not tackling any big house projects right now. And yes, I feel overwhelmed sometimes about homeschooling my kid while working from home.

What I can do is dedicate 5-10 minute chunks throughout my day to my health: Heart, 💗mind, 🧠 and body 💃. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That is why I have put together this simple program to cultivate joy, love, peace, and connection ✨✨ in these challenging times. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
