I’ve learned it’s difficult to get into my office on the Friday of Irrigation Days, so instead of doing therapy, I suggest everyone participate in the festivities! 😃 We are CLOSED June 13.

As I was watching the kids play t-ball, I frequently would notice their hips would tell us where the ball was going to go: Usually towards the first baseman. Even though the coach would switch their stance, they would slowly move back to the previous position.

The same with chronic pain. Much of the time, the pelvis and core affect the position of the other limbs. A PT assessment can tell us a lot about your movement by the position of your pelvis. At Sozo PT, we try to get to the root of your movement disorder to correct your pain. Like the little ball players, who need some "correcting" on their stance, you to may benefit from some corrective exercises to get your hips and core to stay in proper position.
