Do you know a student pursuing a career in healthcare? Sanford Health is offering a $2,000 Network Scholarship and we want to help lift future healthcare professionals across our rural communities!

Who can apply?
Applicants must:
✔ Be affiliated with a participating Sanford network community (employee, family member, patient, or local resident)
✔ Be pursuing a career in healthcare
✔ Have a 3.0+ GPA on a 4.0 scale

Award:
💙 $2,000 scholarship
💙 Eligible each year (up to $4,000 lifetime)

Deadline: March 31 — encourage students to apply today!

The Oakes Area Food Pantry is hosting a Holiday Open House! Come see their new space, learn more about donating and volunteering, and enjoy some holiday cheer.

Date: December 8
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: 115 S 5th St

Please bring a nonperishable, non-expired food item or toiletries to help fill the sleigh!

Bars will be provided.
Note: No food will be distributed this night.

Friday, November, 14th Dr. Tara Mertz-Hack was awarded "Family Physician of the Year" award at the North Dakota Academy of Family Physicians (NDAFP) annual meeting in Grand Forks. The award is given annually to a physician who demonstrates excellence in the practice of family medicine. The award recognizes a physician as a role model for their peers, based on high standards and consistent achievement.
