Equilibrium Massage

Equilibrium Massage Massage therapy and bodywork for an active lifestyle. My name is Katrina and I started Equilibrium in the Spring of 2022.

I was trained in Thai Massage and Cupping Therapy in Thailand in 2018. It became a tool I wouldn't travel without. Since then, I got my YTT with the Siddhi School of Yoga and more recently I completed the 200 hour massage program with the California Holistic Institute. With 460 hours under my belt, I continue towards my 500 hour certification with the CAMTC. Through the use of therapeutic massage styles such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue and Reflexology, I provide massage that moves beyond basic relaxation. Here you will find a complimentary blend of Eastern and Western treatments that facilitate your pursuit of wellness, recovery and injury prevention.

Hello everyone! Happy new year!!! A few announcements… as of January 1st I have raised my prices. I am still trying to keep it affordable so everyone can get the benefits of bodywork, but my introductory rates weren’t sustainable. Also, I will be leaving town furthering my education with massages classes.
I will be gone the 8th through the 23rd of January. I still have some spaces available so get in while you can!
