Are you afraid of the dark, and the idea of being there for an hour is unsettling to you? We’ll give you an LED light ball so that you can get some color therapy while you float.
Does the idea of being alone with your thoughts for an hour give you an uncomfortable feeling? We can play some nice, soothing spa music for you, or you can plug in your phone and listen to anything in your library.
Was the air or water temp just a little too warm, or a little too cool? We will adjust it for you, so that it’s perfect every time.

Guys, check out MD Fitness. Coach Mike is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and competent. I went in for a session a few days ago. We talked a little before and after, and I did a light workout focused on my shoulders and back. I left feeling worked out but not too tired. Still, I don’t do a lot of physical activity so I could feel my muscles beginning to get sore. I floated for 90 minutes and it was such a different float than usual because the epsom salt was doing its work. The last 2 nights I’ve slept like a baby.
