Dr Tricia Talerico has enjoyed the past 32 years as a Chiropractor and 15 years as a Clinical Nutritionist in Ocean Twp. As a Nutritionist, I help my clients adapt healthy lifestyle changes that include proper food choices, food combining and portion size. Discussing exercise and proper supplementation are also part of my program. After a comprehensive history is taken, body composition analysis and other key nutritional tests help me to assess a patient’s needs. A gentle 2 week detoxification process is an excellent way to help stubborn fat cells eliminate toxins and more easily decrease their size. Liver detoxification is also a crucial part of fat loss and even more important for health improvement.
