Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists was founded in 1994 by Jeffrey Sirabian. Since 1994, PPTS has grown and expanded to over 20 locations throughout Southeast Michigan. PPTS provides Sports Medicine care to Professional, Collegiate, and High School Athletes. Our licensed clinicians are trained in a variety of different specialties, such as, Hand Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Spine, and Women's Health. We take pride in educating our patients along with making sure our clinicians have access to unlimited continuing education to continue to stay at the forefront of Physical and Occupational Medicine.

Shawn has been with since 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. With a background in athletics, he developed a passion for sports medicine and helping athletes recover and perform their best.

He’s a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified in MDT, and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. We’re lucky to have Shawn’s expertise and dedication on our team! 💪
