At Infinity Skin Care, the front desk sets the tone for every client experience. We are seeking someone who loves people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details
Two days per week
Must have availability during business hours
Opportunity for growth within our expanding medical aesthetics practice

Responsibilities
Greeting clients and creating a welcoming luxury experience
Answering phones, texts, and scheduling appointments
Checking clients in and out
Processing payments and product sales
Supporting providers with daily flow
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assisting with promotions, events, and client communication

Ideal Candidate
Friendly, polished, and professional
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
Self motivated and team oriented
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and high end service

Customer service or medical office experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
