When I was in the midst of doing everything I could to get pregnant against the odds, I had to recognize when I was doing my best as opposed to doing everything that was out there to try. And, now as a mother, I have to trust that I'm doing my best every day so that I don't go crazy trying to keep up with all the trends and advice.

When have been able to accept that your best is enough?
