I still remember the moment FTBS began.
Not with a business plan… but with a simple question:
“Why are our doctors carrying burdens they shouldn’t have to carry?”
Every clinic owner I spoke to shared the same pain —
endless admin work, staffing challenges, burnout, and the feeling of being pulled away from what actually matters: patient care.
And that’s when the vision for FTBS became clear.
Not to build another outsourcing company.
Not to just “provide VAs.”
But to create a team that stands behind doctors the same way doctors stand behind their patients — with commitment, care, and zero expectations.
Today, when I walk into our office and see this team…
I see people who believe in that mission as deeply as I do.
They show up early.
They stay late when a clinic needs extra help.
They handle insurance work, authorizations, patient follow-ups, and reporting with the kind of dedication you can’t teach — it comes from the heart.
We’re here to create impact, to reduce burnout, and to bring real change to healthcare operations… one clinic at a time.
Every time a doctor tells me,
“Your team helped me get my evenings back,”
or
“I finally have space to grow my practice,”
I’m reminded why FTBS exists.
This team — the faces in this photo — are the backbone of that promise.
They are the reason clinics in the U.S. and Australia trust us.
They are the reason we keep pushing forward.
FTBS isn’t just a company.
It’s a responsibility.
A mission.
And a family that works hard so that healthcare providers can breathe, grow, and serve better.
