The Collective Loss Adaptation Project (CLAP) is seeking a Program Administrator to manage and implement our ongoing programming. CLAP honors the disenfranchised and suffocated grief of disabled people, as well as sharing the wisdom of disability culture to help everyone adapt to a rapidly changing world. We make use of art, culture, and media, as well as Indigenous and diaspora spiritual traditions to tend to the collective losses of this moment (including pandemic, climate crisis, and genocide). CLAP is fiscally sponsored by , and made possible by the generous support of and the mutual aid of

The ideal candidate will also have experience with creating and maintaining program budgets & fundraising. This is a part-time, contracted position with an average of 10 hours per week. Workload may vary weekly, with some weeks being busier than others, but will not exceed 40 hours a month.

CLAP is an equal opportunity employer who supports workplace diversity. LGBTQIA+, people of color, and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Systemic inequities in hiring have caused women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, disabled folks, and others to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. CLAP encourages you to break that statistic and apply, as no one ever meets 100% of the qualifications. We look forward to your application.
