I am a native of the Bay Area (grew up in San Jose and now practice in Oakland). I received my initial bodywork training at The Body Therapy Institute in North Carolina and have continuing education with The Upledger Institute, Wu Wei School of Reiki, D'Ambrogio Institute, Kundalini Reasearch Institute, Access Consciousness, Metatronia Foundation of Light, Center for Hypnotherapy and various indep
endent teachers. It is my goal in this life to reconnect people to their own personal light, to reawaken the joy, mobility and peace that they are seeking. With over 17 years in professional practice, continuing education and through years of my own personal seeking, I've picked up a few tools along the way and find great joy in sharing them with others. Healing comes in many forms and what works for one, may not work for another or what doesn't work now, may work later. Because of this, I have integrated many techniques along the way to create powerful sessions tailored to your needs. You will leave feeling supported and realigned with a more open sense of self, physically and energetically. In our session together, we can do a Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release Bodywork session working out tension and knots, a relaxing Swedish Massage to melt the stress, a targeted Sports Massage to keep you performing optimally, CranioSacral Therapy to release stuck areas resulting from past traumas, or various types of Energy Healing, Emotional Release and Somatic Processing to help clear out stagnant or disruptive energy/emotions bringing about a more joyous and open experience for you. We can also discuss thought patterning, reprogramming subconscious agreements, vibrational raising and how this all can and does effect your life every day. (Sessions can include a variety of services or one specific treatment. You always have choice as to what you would like to receive.) I provide a deeply relaxing and healing experience for my clients. I strive to always work on a level that is comfortable to you and will create the maximum benefit during your session.
