CTD Housing is a supportive housing program located in Oakland, California, founded by Kelly Rhone. Our mission is to improve supportive housing, transportation, and self-sufficiency resources to at-risk individuals. We offer multi-independent living facilities and community-focused services that aim to equip and empower our residents to become self-sufficient and promote independent living. Our client base includes veterans, elderly individuals, and ex-incarcerated men and women who face many challenges as they acclimate back into society. We engage with all tenants to determine their needs and provide help through any challenging process to ensure they receive the assistance needed to become better citizens within the community.
