Caregiving is a full-time job—and for millions, it’s their second one.

The newly released 2025 Caregiving in the U.S. report confirms what HR leaders and benefit teams are seeing firsthand:
70% of caregivers are working
50% report disruptions to their job—arriving late, leaving early, or missing work altogether
31% have drained their short-term savings
22% have taken on more debt

And despite the growing need, only 49% of working caregivers say their supervisor even knows they’re a caregiver.
