Arise Yoga stands with Minnesota, and anyone in this country who opposes violence, tyrant, fascism, and cruelty. We call on our elected officials to defund ICE and hold this administration accountable for their horrific actions.

In honor of the National Strike on Friday, January 30th, we’re giving any teacher and staff member who doesn’t wish to work the day off. And all classes we still have on the schedule will be FREE for anyone to attend (teachers will still be compensated). On principle, and in practice, our doors are open every day for people to come, move, breathe, and connect.

Participate on Friday in the ways that truly support you, your family, your community, and the nation we want to cultivate and (re)build. We are here for this, together.

This Sunday catch Katrin for a new monthly Iyengar series!

Iyengar Yoga is based by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. The method emphasizes alignment, progressive sequencing, and (sometimes) longer holds; practicing this way acts as a meditative tool to go deeper and strengthen the mind-body connection.

This class that will leave you feeling connected and in tune with your body, mind, and spirit.
