Remember Brittany, the foot and hand reflexologist? She’s now at the stage in massage school where she’s completing her hands-on clinical hours and is looking for people to practice on.

She’s able to work on clients right here at our office, so if you’re looking for a little extra self-care between your sessions with me, this is a great opportunity!

Practice and feedback are so important at this stage of training (I definitely remember how valuable it was when I was there!), and we truly appreciate anyone willing to support her learning and give her hands some experience. I’m officially clocking out for a much-needed family vacation until January 16th ☀️✨
Don’t worry though — the office is still in amazing hands! Sarah will continue taking clients and offering her incredible care while I’m away.

I’ll still be checking in on calls, texts, DMs, and emails and responding as promptly as I can (between jumps in the pool and family time 😉).

Are you someone who sets New Year’s intentions? We love the idea of using this season as a quiet reset — a chance to reflect on what you need more of and how you want to feel in the year ahead. Change doesn’t have to be big or overwhelming; sometimes it starts with simply choosing to care for yourself a little more intentionally.

If self-care is on your list this year, we’d love to support you. A membership is a simple way to create space for yourself — a monthly 60 or 90 minutes to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body, while also saving along the way.
