One of my favorite cases, and we’re not done yet.
I’m at this lovely client 18 months ago and these pictures are about 16 months apart.

What we did:
RF micro needling x 3 sessions
x 3 sessions
x 4 vials over 2 sessions
x 2 session
Quarterly Botox

What I love about this gradual and natural transformation is that we worked on skin quality, skin firmness, and volume loss loss with bio generative treatments.
My personal approach is to work on ALL the layers of the face from Skin to Bone.
It takes multiple sessions and various kinds of treatments to get results like these. Starting off with filler would not have been a good use of the product because it would not have looked good on under skin that was thinning
Now that her skin is smooth, healthy, clear and luminous dermal filler will look beautiful.

Our next focus will be on stimulating collagen and elastin and firming and lifting the tissue with two xerf treatments
We will top that off with small amounts of filler placed for structural correction and to mimic bone. We will target the chin, chin shadow, lips, cheeks, and temples and angle of the jaw.

I first met this lovely patient 18 months ago. She’s been coming to see me regularly since that time. In that time we have done routine Botox every three months along with two sessions of sculptra +PRF, EZ gel under eyeS, BBL + Moxi x 3 times three and Potenza RF microneedling. At the most recent appointment, we did small amounts of filler for facial balancing= temple, cheeks, nasolabial fold, Chin, chin, shadow and lips

Depending on the client I usually save the filler for last because I find that I need to use less filler once I’ve improved the quality and thickness of the skin.
This is one of the secrets to natural looking results and not looking overfilled. Her skin looks so much smoother, clearer, and healthier.

She’s loving the gradual, natural looking results and so are we :-)

This is what ongoing care and commitment looks like. Her skin looks so much smoother, clearer, and healthier after bbl/moxi/ potenza. Sculpture with PRF gives her that glow and subtle volume. We did some facial, balancing with filler in the lips, chin, chin shadow, temple, and cheeks. She’s loving the gradual natural looking improvements and so am I 😀

I saw this patient six months ago and she felt she was looking tired and much older.
