🌟Alchemy Community Therapy Center is a nonprofit in Oakland, CA (Ohlone land) with a mission to make psychedelic-assisted therapy & training equitable and accessible, especially to systemically-marginalized communities.
We are now accepting applicants for our 2-year associateship program, with a new cohort starting in February. Applications will be reviewed starting December 15th, and interviews will be held until spots are filled. Our clients are primarily BIPOC & LGBTQIA+, and our therapists largely represent the communities we serve.
We offer in-depth training through a harm reduction, relational, and trauma-informed lens with weekly didactics, supervision, role plays, recorded session feedback, and co-therapy opportunities throughout our program.
