As a certified lymphedema therapist ( CLT ) and massage therapist, I specialize in post-operative and lymphatic care for chronic illness clients and oncology clients.

I help with:
*Reducing swelling and supporting lymphatic Flow
*Improving comfort and tissue movement
*Guiding you through safe recovery support

There are also things I don’t do, to keep your healing safe:
* I don’t remove surgical drains
* I don’t push fluid out through an incision
* I don’t diagnose infections or medical conditions
* I don’t work on unknown swelling unless you have your doctor approval.

If something falls outside my scope, I will always referral you back to your medical provider.

I wish I had this setup when I was a kid.

No neck pain.
No round shoulder and forward head posture
Just quiet, relaxed reading.

Most people don’t realize how much tension comes from something this simple as looking down for hours.

As of January 1, 2026, CAMTC-certified massage therapists are officially recognized as health care providers.

What this means: massage therapy is formally recognized as part of the health care system.

What it doesn’t mean: we do not diagnose, open incisions, or remove drains. For unexplained pain, swelling, or wound care, please see your physician, nurse or surgeon.

After a Manual Lymph Drainage session, your lymphatic system is working hard to move fluid, cellular waste, and metabolic byproducts out of the tissues. Hydration is key to help your body actually eliminate what we’ve just mobilized.

✨ Proper hydration helps:

• Prevent fluid from re-accumulating

Let’s be real though. It is very tough to drinking a ton of plain water during a busy workday isn’t always easy (I feel this too).

🍲 One of my favorite hydration hacks? Bone broth.
It counts toward your daily fluid intake, provides electrolytes, collagen, and protein, and feels grounding and nourishing especially when your lymphatic system needs support.

I love sipping bone broth during the day as a warm, savory option when water feels hard to keep up with.

Hi, I’m Rachel CMT, CLT who is the practitioner behind Lymphatic Flow Massage Clinic.

This is Dumpling, my little beach companion and constant reminder to slow down and enjoy time in nature.

We both love the ocean, fresh air, and being outdoors. These moments help ground my nervous system and reflect how I approach my work. The healing doesn’t need to be rushed. The body responds best when it feels safe, supported, and respected.

I specialize in Manual Lymph Drainage, post-operative recovery, and support for chronic and autoimmune conditions, offering gentle, individualized care that meets the body where it is.

This year has been a blessing. I regained my energy and my health, allowing me to refocus on what truly matters in my practice.

I completed two major trainings that answered important clinical questions for me. The 135-hour Lymphedema Therapy Program with Klose Training helped me better support clients with lymphedema, lipedema, and complex edema, while deepening my understanding of fibrosis, compression, and self-care education.

The Perrin Technique with Dr. Raymond Perrin clarified the difference between edema and inflammation, especially for post-viral and autoimmune clients. It expanded my approach beyond MLD by addressing the nervous system and teaching clients effective self-massage to reduce symptoms.

Thank you to all my clients who came to see me this year. I’m deeply grateful for your trust, and I hope everyone continues to heal and enjoy the best possible health.
