I’ll be honest, I fall in and out of my meditation practice but creating space in my home for it makes such a big difference. It’s been so good for me since I returned from Europe, and doing my vision retreat shortly after. trying not to miss a day. Making this devotion of time for my inner souls contentment. I Highly recommend.

In 2011, when I made the decision to move west from Chicago, I had a realization: I needed to shift my way of thinking. For so long, I had focused on the material world and simply surviving, especially as a young parent at 18.

But I soon realized there was more to life than that.

I needed to expand my understanding and embrace alternative healing—looking beyond the ordinary to see what the average eye often misses.

For the past 9 years, I’ve dedicated my life to somatic healing and facilitation. Now, my focus has shifted to empowering men to find joy and live their optimal life journey. As a Life Purpose Coach, Reiki Master, and Somatic Restoration Practitioner, I’ve discovered my superpower: the ability to simply enjoy being with myself—not needing anyone, but fully appreciating the abundance of connection when it comes, free of expectation.

For those wild-hearted men who desire more depth in their inner peace and mastery, I invite you to join me.

The way my people showed up and showed out out for me yesterday…….. I’m still in awe. I had a birthday party themed with decadence and that’s exactly what my community is to me. Deep, juicy…. Rich! plentiful! My sister was here, my daughter was here. Life couldn’t get any better. Can you see it on my face?
My hope is that you all get to feel love like I did yesterday. It was special! Thanks to those that showed up! I love you all so much.

And if you could not make it. I’m sorry. It was lit! lol

I’ve been channeling in depth how I can make this experience one to reach in a clear the path for a nervous system reset. Ten years ago I decided to leave the film industry in Chicago and move west. I had no idea how I would make things work. I knew is I wanted to usher folks in need towards their healing.
Back then I called myself a healer, boy has life humbled me, we cannot heal anyone. As we all have our own inner healer. I can only assist with this.
I had saved up some funds and I set a date. I knew I would have to work hard to move towards My goal of facilitation and leadership.

I’ve don’t coaching classes, meditation, authentic relating trainings, energy healing, and became a reiki master. This list is to long to keep going.

Ten years later I can report that my dreams are unfolding. The feedback from the facilitators .sagun and the guests of our retreat have me in awe.

I’m only just beginning to unlock the gifts inside. May this post inspire you to keep going towards your goals.
