Early signs often show up as shifts in appetite, breath, patience, or tolerance 🧠 These aren’t flaws or failures. They’re your nervous system asking for adjustment.

Nervous systems respond best to consistency and timing — not rigidity or restriction 🧠

Waiting too long to eat increases stress hormones before hunger is even obvious. By the time you notice, your system is already compensating. Eating earlier helps stabilize energy, mood, and attention throughout the day

Rest isn’t something you earn after you’re completely exhausted 🤍

Most people wait to rest not because they aren’t listening — but because they were taught to push until things feel unmanageable.

By the time you feel depleted, your nervous system has already been working overtime to keep you functioning đź§ 

Waiting until collapse makes rest less effective, not more deserved. The system is already in recovery mode.

Earlier pauses interrupt stress before it accumulates and spreads through the body 🌿

Small rest taken sooner often prevents the need for much longer recovery later.
