The joke's on White Supremacy this April Fool's. While it counted on your shame staying intact, we'll be in a closed circle — releasing it.

White folks doing the specific internal work that white supremacy made necessary — shedding shame, dissociation, and the inherited belief that your pleasure is dangerous, dirty, or not yours to claim.

This is BIPOC-facilitated ritual space. Receiving spiritual guidance from BIPOC leadership is part of the practice — not incidental to it.

No experience with ritual or s*x magic needed. You just have to believe magic exists and that you have the power to shape your life.

Trans Day of Visibility is a celebration for/of our trans sibs—and for cis people, it's also a reckoning.

Trans people have been on the frontlines or part of the backbone of every major liberation movement—often the most targeted, the first sacrificed, the last credited. Trans people have always been among the most visionary, the most generative, the most alive. A world without trans people impoverishes us all.

Legislators are actively criminalizing trans existence. We cannot let them get away with it—not while trans people have been holding the line for all of us.

Cis people don't get to sit this one out. It's time for cis people to put our bodies between them and the machinery trying to erase them. So today I'm asking us to be clear about what we are actually doing & what we are prepared to do. What are we willing to lose? What are we willing to give up? Revolution doesn't happen without sacrifice, and solidarity without risk is just empty sentiment.

why? women are 31% more likely to develop long covid. and with one in five covid infections leading to long covid (https://news.uthscsa.edu/females-have-a-31-higher-associated-risk-of-developing-long-covid-ut-health-san-antonio-led-recover-study-shows-2/), that means a whole lot of women are being affected. besides, even when it's a man who's disabled by the virus, who is typically left to do the caregiving work? a woman in his life.

you can directly save women in your community from this fate by stopping the chain of transmission. why wouldn't you do it?

and before you come at me with "I wear a mask when I'm sick," about 44% of covid infections are asymptomatic (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9935239/). you could feel totally fine and still be spreading disease like typhoid mary. also, wearing a well-fitted respirator will protect you from getting sick too, and you can't spread what you don't have.

put your money where your mouth is. mask-wearing = feminist praxis.
