Crab feed season is here!
This dinner is one of the well-loved special meals at St. Paul's Towers! Starters were a creamy Corn and Potato Chowder and an Iceberg Wedge Salad sprinkled with bacon, bleu cheese and cherry tomatoes. The main event is fresh cracked Dungeness crab paired with drawn butter and lemon or an option of Spaghetti with Marinara sauce and meatballs. The accompaniments were rice pilaf, zucchini, corn and a toasty garlic bread. The sweet finale is cherry pie! Yum! Everyone was feeling a little 'crabby'...in a good way!
