Be like the little engine that could. The formula to success is to not give up!!! Sometimes navigating this whole foods plant based life can feel like you’re in a maze. There is a ton of information out there. WHAT IS OK TO EAT? WHEN SHOULD I EAT? IS THIS FOOD GOING TO ELEVATE MY BLOOD SUGAR? IS “moderation” OK?

My recommendation is to find the thing that you “keep failing at” and master that one thing. YOU may need help, get a coach, go to the doctor, or read a book. Just start!

It may be that you need to start (over again) drinking your 20 ounces of room temperature water first thing in the morning, cutting out dairy completely and NOT MODERATING, cutting out processed and refined sugars and NOT MODERATING, or getting that 30 minutes of intentional exercise in every damn day!
Whatever you’re working on…maybe now is the time to take it slow and do ONE thing at a time until you have mastered it!!! Just don’t quit!!!
And start OVER again as many times as you need to

Many believe that eating vegan or plant based means you must eat salads and only salads. Friends, lets dispel that thought as it is the furthest from the truth. Eating vegan and plant-based means the food you put in your body as fuel, is minimally processed and made from plants. The commercial food industry is working to make vegan and plant-based foods more accessible and easier to acquire, which can be helpful for those starting on their vegan and plant based journey. However, please be mindful these vegan and plant based foods can still be processed, as they are often packaged and labeled (both of which are a good indication the food has been processed). I operate from the space that true healthy vegan and plant-based food start in the produce section. If you are looking at vegan or plant based pre-packaged foods, be sure to look at the ingredients. If you do not recognize the ingredients or if the ingredients are something you cannot find in your pantry, its more than likely to have been processed. Foods found in the produce section are label free, not pre-packaged and buying them organic means there are no added chemicals making them truly safe to consume to ensure healthy eating for you and your family.
And If your ready for another journey you can even grown your own food like
