Last Saturday, April 15th, a few of BLACC Black Ladies Advocating for Cancer Care members attended the Alameda County Black Breast Health Seminars: Screening and Early Detection at Preservation Park Way Oakland.

Dr. Candice Thompson introduced the visitors, followed by the QA, then Keisha Stephney, a breast cancer survivor, shared her story.

It was a wonderful event that was packed with breast cancer information.
