Happy New Year!
Here's 5 tips for letting go of drinking for a month. (They work for other habits you could do without too!)

5 tips for Dry January
1 - Know Your Why
Start by writing down at least 5 reasons you’d like to take a month away from drinking. This will give you energy and help you push back on inevitable temptations
2 - Stay in the Day
Keep it small and doable. One day at a time gets it done.
3 - Come Back, No Matter What
If you have a drink (or many) try not to beat yourself up. Wake up the next morning and get back in the game!
4 - Enjoy the Experience
Use your new free time to do things you love - get into nature, go to a yoga class, cook your favorite dinner. Also, be sure to savor pleasurable new experiences, like how your body feels without alcohol.
5 - Get Support
Ask family, friends, and coworkers to de-center alcohol when you are together.
Join a like minded group for gentle yoga, intention setting, and structured support every tuesday in january!
