The visit from Plum Creek Aussie Dogs to Oakland Heights Nursing Home on Thursday was a resounding success, with everyone in attendance thoroughly enjoying the experience. The Steffen family, including the mother-daughter duo, showcased nine talented dogs, impressing residents with their agility and obedience skills as they navigated the obstacle course. The highlight of the event was watching the dogs skillfully sniff out the smelly box, demonstrating their remarkable abilities and strong bond with their handlers. With residents beaming with delight and admiration for the dogs' precision and responsiveness to commands, it's clear that Plum Creek Aussie Dogs will be welcomed back with open arms.
