Water comes in many forms. How do you decide which to consume⁉️ 🤷🏾‍♂️
From purified water to spring water, distilled water and alkaline ionized water, sparkling water to artesian water, the options are many and can be confusing to most people. •

Let's dive in and add a bit more detail into what/how to drink❗️•


The human body has a pH of 7.4. On a scale of 0-14, this makes the body's equilibrium slightly alkaline. However, based on diet, many of us swing toward the acidic side of the spectrum. Consuming alkaline (non-acidic) water will place the body back into a good pH balance. This is critical to maximizing water absorption in the small intestines and ultimately, over time, allowing the body to absorb more oxygen.

From a holistic perspective, drinking water from the most natural processes yields the highest benefits.

Many of us find it challenging at times to muster the energy or the will to get moving. We might say something like “today’s the day”. Then proceed to gear up and step out onto the road only to look down at our feet, then up towards the road in front and say “I’ll start next week”•
