Vog makes for interesting sunsets and unhappy lungs. If you’re having a hard time breathing or feeling unusually tired, Vog may be the reason. Here’s a few home remedies: Stay hydrated. Stay inside with air filter at least 8hrs a day, more if possible. Btw-It’s a great time to go to the movies! Wear an N95 mask when outside, or use a wet handkerchief. Drink hot teas like mamaki, green, peppermint, and muellin. Relax, don’t over-exert yourself. Avoid other irritants like cleaning supplies, paint, etc. Keep emergency handy. Take care everyone!

Aloha, I’m excited to share that Touching In finally has its own office!!! It’s in the Pottery Terrace tucked away on the side of the Hibiscus building above Kona Urgent Care.
