It’s time to make this new world emerge ✨🌱

Ok fam. Here’s what it is. Root To Bloom was borne out of struggle and transmuting those wounds into our weaponry to see through the change BACK to right relationship - with each other and our Earth 🌎

We’ve been on this journey since 2019 with now 4 cohorts up. We want to welcome the next cohort, Season 5. So we’re calling in our community of healers, hope dealers, Starseeds, and gifted ones.

If you’ve been struggling the most with this current world, you’re probably one of them. Because it means you know there’s more to this world than the physical, linear, tangible human experience. There’s magic in you ✨🙏🏽. And we’re here to uplift you 😍

Enrollment is LIVE. We start the program with orientation on Weds April 30th. We’re hybrid, mostly on Zoom on Weds, 3p-5p PT, with monthly in-person broadcasted for those who are not in the Bay.

Nature has always been the ultimate guide. With all that’s unraveling around DEI work, it’s timely that my workshop is coming up. Let’s BET ON NATURE and our capacity to attune to the laws of nature to see our way through these tumultuous times.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying DEI work is irrelevant. It’s not. It’s needed in certain contexts. AND how about we let nature be the new DEIJ initiative?

What would our workplaces and businesses be like if we went straight into understanding each other from a nature-based lens and attuned to healing-centered relationship building?

I coach the disruptors.

The ones who challenge norms because their values are being challenged.

The ones who speak unpopular opinions.

Who have to navigate the negotiations in their head, whether to act or not to act.

I coach the disruptors because I am one myself.

Sometimes we need a place for our frustrations to land and not be judged.

We need a place to say it the way we wish we could say it without repercussions.

And right now our disruptors have been needing a place to pause and be present to this emotional wake, post-election.

These past few days have been about the deeper pause and permission to just feel it and be with all of it - no agenda to fix, solve/resolve, make any decision, do this, that, or the other. Just sit with what is present.

THINGS ARE GOING TO CHANGE.
Why not prepare for it in the best way possible? I couldn’t have predicted that I was going to end up running and owning my own business. Yet, accepting my gifts and spiritual path to my purpose led me here. And doing this as an entrepreneur has been empowering for me & those around me.

About half the time, I’m reach out to because of what I built. Folks are curious about how I made it happen. Some want to know how. A majority of folks are fearful to some degree so they don’t follow through. Well, here’s a mini course I put together to give you all the key things. And I’m not just going for talk about how to build the thing. I’m including all the stories, the circumstances, and the real struggle to make it happen sustainably. Because it’s your inner work that will help you along the way, not just the technical stuff.

I’m not perfect but it’s surely truthful.

If you’ve been entertaining the idea of starting your own or have been doing your side hustle but want to do it full time, consider this course.

My intention is that the community I have right here…we all make it. We all deserve the freedom, autonomy, and real information about what it’s like to do exactly what you love and be on your true path. Let’s set you up for success!

✨Reclaim your agency ✨”I feel like I’ve returned to my agency without taking away from anyone”

The conundrum of the care-giver:

One of the most difficult obstacles of a true nurturer is the find the power and agency to say the healthy NO, which is not an easy task for the people pleaser, giver, and empath. You want to be liked, you want to be respected, you want to feel valued by those who depend on you. But that often means you can give too much if there aren’t healthy boundaries.

Have you thought about what could happen if you started saying NO with a clearer intention behind it? This is what cultivating your agency is like. Your agency is like standing in your truth of who you are, what works for you, what doesn’t, and your ability to advocate for your needs.

Saying no, not just because you need the boundaries, but because you have an embodied belief in the value of your time, talent, and purpose in life.

The next time someone tests your boundaries, try leading this “NO” with intention and see what happens.

The root of IGNORANCE is to IGNORE. When we choose to stop ignoring we become more conscious.

In a time when so many of us are reaching for the hidden information, connections to our past, the history of our ancestral lands and our origins, the journey can be long and arduous and quite confusing.

A friend once told me not to take responsibility for all the ways my experiences have impacted me. Because a lot of where those experiences come from are structural (in society). And it’s valid and okay to hurt and rage because of this. My journey was to find the lessons in the patterns that would give me a glimpse into my true path.

Take moments in the next few days to find pause and be more present to your curiosity:

- when seeing information about current events
- when hearing people speak about their perspectives and world views
- when your body has notable reactions to anything you’re taking in

What you learn from the process of coming back into wholeness is what is to be shared and passed on. It can begin with conscious awareness and presence.
