This past bday was rough and 💔 so I can see more clearly the path and remember who I am. The Aries Stellium really kicked my a**. I’ve been in quiet solitude since.

Some of you have been my day ones; witnessing and holding me through this EXTRAordinary life I have. Maybe it’s because I leave myself open to my gifts. Maybe I wouldn’t have any other choice even if I tried to shut it off or deny it.

It’s neither here nor there. What I know at this moment is that I’m not wasted energy. I am who I am and I claim it fully.

Whatever happens is meant to happen. If it doesn’t kill me it was meant for me.

Here’s to year 46. Being it ♥️🔥♈️😎

AUGUST 2026 we’re doing a healing hike in a new location. This year we’re partnering with .stewards for one of our seasonal healing hikes!

These aren’t your typical group hike. No one talks to each other because we’re talking to the elements! We’ll guide you through our signature process of grounding and tuning into the elements, a spiritual process gifted to our lead facilitator, Raynelle.

This is a CONTEMPLATIVE practice to listen to your inner voice.

This is a deeply personal experience to get to the. Ore of your wellness needs.

Trained and certified coaches hold a space where you can process in safety on the trail and in your head. You deserve these moments to fully be present FOR YOURSELF.

An intimate time on the trail.

Healing on the land means healing

• yourself
• your relationship to land
• your story of adversities
• to find that open door to what’s possible

Our first hike of the year was at Coyote Hills. It’s a regular location with profound connections to communicate directly with ancestors and guides, who usually show up as animals. Our hikers received much needed guidance from nature.

I didn’t really do much offering of coaching because nature holds a powerful container for every when we’re hiking with intention.

Navigating family dynamics/intergenerational trauma -

Unpopular topic to bring up, but this DOES happen to some of us. Intergenerational tensions in families show up when we start to become unfamiliar to our loved one’s.

“Oh, what? You think you’re better than us now?”

Don’t let the insecurity, the jealousy, the defensiveness convince you to play small or be humble.

REMEMBER: You earned your accomplishments AND YES, family DID sacrifice for you to be where you are. Both can exist.

How you manage this is key:

• Don’t take it personal.
• Don’t share everything to everyone.
• Surround yourself with ppl who can give you unconditional support

Your nervous systems needs more nature 🌿

We walk in silence. We walk in deep reflection. And we talk to nature through the elements. We’ll be hiking a location that has always had communication to our ancestors via the animals there, esp the birds 🐦‍⬛

Pause in nature to breath more deeply.

Get answers to lingering questions.

Figure out what’s really bothering you and walk towards the answer.

This whole year has been “wake up to some tragic news while needing to keep it moving”. It’s a different kind of exhaustion, this 2025 😓

The many mantras I’ve repeated throughout the year:

🌿 Do the best we can.
🌿 One foot in front of the other.
🌿 Flow with the changes.
🌿 Accept and surrender.

With all that being said, let’s at least invest in each other, invest in bettering ourselves. Let’s be in class together to learn better communication and relationship building skills with nature as our guide back to self. I assure you even these classes will offer a space to move through big emotions and show you gifts you might not have considered you have ✨🫶🏽

🌱 Understand how triggers show up in the body, energetically, and spiritually
🪶 Cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion to transform old stories
🌿 Build communication practices that support healing and restoration
🔥 Develop emotional resilience and leadership for our chaotic world

Post healing hike groups photos are always the best 🥹
Cause we do all this intense healing and releasing work, get vulnerable, have major ah-ha moments, and process some deep stuff! Then at the end when we close and give gratitude it’s like we’re all different.

People feel lighter, happier, grounded. And sometimes the lessons are so big it calls for that good cathartic ugly cry 😂😩 -last slide

I say my measure of success as a transformative coach is counting how many ugly cries I can get from hikers, lol! That’s when I know they’ve done some deep and meaningful work on themselves. And we’re all here for it!

Cause when you feel better, I feel better 🫶🏽♥️
