Well-Being:
Improving resiliency and wellness

How We Do It
Every day, in communities throughout our region, Lincoln Families is providing real solutions to the unique issues our children, youth and families face. At Lincoln, we go where children and youth are, helping them to develop skills to stay at home and in school. Teams of skilled and diverse staff work together with youth and families to utilize their strengths and build a plan for success. With this critical support, our children, youth and families thrive and build bold futures. Only Lincoln Families has a culturally relevant, adaptive approach that meets the needs of children and families. Our multi-generational model sets a new standard of support that changes lives.

Get • May is Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month!

May is AAPI Heritage Month, a time to celebrate the vibrant cultures, rich histories, and powerful contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. This year’s theme, “Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together,” reminds us that our collective voices, stories, and connections make us stronger. From art and food to activism and innovation, AAPI communities continue to shape the future together.

Earth Day fun with the kids from Project Permanence and Therapeutic Behavioral Services! 🌎🌱 From face painting to potting succulents and decorating pots, plus making “dirt” treats (pudding, Oreos, gummy worms, and M&M’s), the creativity was nonstop. DJ BLau (Brian) kept the vibes going on the 1s and 2s, and the karaoke was a hit—KPop demon hunters ruled the day. Over 20 kids celebrated with us!
