When we opened our doors in 2010, FLEX offered the area's most challenging circuit workout, but now with our recent expansion FLEX is a mecca for people who like to get their workout on in every imaginable way. In addition to our 24 station circuit workout, we now offer a spacious functional training / free weight area for members to do their own workouts and a fully loaded cardio room

. For those into group exercise, FLEX offers over 30 classes weekly such as Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, TRX, Barre, Zumba and more. And on Saturday mornings at 9am, members can take advantage of free boot camp in the park! Looking to fast track results, consider Personal Training. We offer the services of 4 certified trainers who can help you lose weight, build muscle, gain stamina or whatever your ambitious goals may be. Ask us for a free consultation. FLEX offers a casual, neighborhood vibe to suit the no nonsense fitness buff who just wants to get in a great workout, as well as the newbie looking for a friendly, easy entry point to getting in shape. Also, we have a cardio room Cardio Room featuring the latest elliptical trainers, treadmills, rowers and stationary bikes.

Additionally FLEX CURCIT offers 24 different stations that make up the circuit workout. This space is designed for those who are looking for maximum results in less time.

Each Sunday Flex Circuit Gym hosts a free Neighborhood Bootcamp at Beach Park for our members. That’s right! We kick your butt for FREE.

Boot Camp offers a high intensity workout that will push you beyond your cardio comfort zone and help you gain higher levels of fitness.

Join us! Test your limits as you breath in the fresh morning air, and prepare yourself for a generous helping of lunges, crunches, push ups, squats, burpees, jogs around the playground and much more.

Non-members can join the class for $10.

Where: On the back playground area of Beach Elementary School at 100 Lake Avenue near Linda Street.
When: 9AM each Sunday morning.
