Breema bodywork feels wonderful, and releases deeply held chronic tension gently and without force. The bodywork itself ranges from stretchy and dynamic to gentle and nurturing, according to your needs. The flow of vital energy naturally increases and becomes more balanced with each session, supporting the body’s ability to heal itself.
