We provide high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services to people of all ages regardless of ability to pay or immigration status. We assist patients with enrolling in social services and benefit programs such as Medi-Cal and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). Patients of LifeLong Medical Care have access to a wide variety of providers, wellness programs, and other resources.

🩺Health centers like LifeLong are keeping communities healthy through prevention, early detection, and care for conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and chronic infections.

🎓LifeLong Medical Care is proud to celebrate the graduation of our 2025 Climate Health Promoter cohort! Over the past three months, 30 passionate individuals have completed an inspiring journey grounded in leadership, resilience, and a deep commitment to community well-being.

🤝These climate health promoters understand the vital link between environmental conditions and public health. Through this program, they developed and led community-based projects focused on climate health, nutritious food access, and grassroots advocacy. Trained by alumni of the program, they now step into their roles as climate health ambassadors, ready to make a lasting impact.
