Emotions are certainly running high this week. We are after all right in the middle of 2 powerful eclipses (next one is a Solar Eclipse in Virgo-part 2--Sunday 9/21/25.
Emotional self-regulation, emotional maturity is needed now more than ever because we see what happens when we allow our anger/rage/hate/despair/sense of powerlessness be bigger than our common sense, bigger than our love, bigger than our own heart of truth. Ultimately, when we do not emotionally self-regulate, we hurt our own SELF and accumulate a karmic debt in which we have to atone for and repay. When enough of us in the collective can do this our world and reality change. This is the call to action now.

LOVE IS SIMPLE 💝

If you ever find yourself overthinking about someone (whether positive or negative thoughts, doesn't matter. Must be aware of your thoughts but not talking about it here), you can find true peace & harmony simply by performing this one practice☝️

💚Relax yourself by doing some calm & gentle breathing or do it at night right before sleeping. Open Your SACRED DIVINE Heart & Place both palms over your heart to ground yourself and feel its presence. Now with whomever you want to find peace with speak to them soul to soul & Say (using your inner voice, you don't need to speak loudly)
"This is your place & I embrace you."
As you say this, feel you are embracing the person. You will feel enormous inner joy, harmony in your heart & peace in your mind & A natural, gentle smile will form on your face instantly😊 feel the power of this divine love in your heart 💞💖💞

This practice is a reminder that while our minds are extremely powerful, our hearts are the true divine place where we should keep people or other beings💞 not in our mind. No one should use that bridge to reach into our mind. That bridge is so sacred & it's meant for you to walk on it, all alone😇
When In the heart's we embrace all, the mind's endless chatter dissolves, revealing a boundless love that transcends itself.

There are 9 chambers in our divine heart & each have it's purpose & sacred place in the kingdom of divine.

Get ready for the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra on Wednesday 10/2/24 to shake things up. This moon deals with relationships. It is a time to make wonderful new connections, upgrade our connection in our current relationships, update the way we relate in our relationships (maybe moving out of codependent roles and into healthier versions of ourselves) and/or releasing (we are in a "9" month in October) relationships that have run their course-- or as we say in Spiritual terms-- where the Soul Contract has ended.

The Libra influence on this eclipse brings a sense of understanding and ability to see all sides of the equation. It helps us to understand both sides in a relationship and therefore offer balance and often times, a new understanding. Maybe we make a choice to agree to disagree or maybe there is a potential for healing by understanding the back story of where someone is coming from.
