Thank you to Dr. Monique LeSarre and the wonderful team at the YWCA Berkeley/Oakland for creating a beautiful safe space for folks to gather and rest and connect together. Was an honor to bring a sound bath into the space and get to see so many people impacted. I always treasure time where humans get to slow down together from the grueling pace of modern society. Slowing down is where we heal.
