Just finished teaching a great massage class: Secrets of Massage Magic! We discussed The Ergonomics of Giving and Receiving Massage, how to not get tired giving a massage by leveraging body weight and varying tools used as well as ways to adapt doing massage more comfortably, both for giver and receiver, on a bed. I also revealed the 3 Ps, 3 Qs and 1 key question that makes them Melt every time. Attendees were surprised to learn what little shifts in position can make a big difference in comfort.
