The West Pottawattamie County Farm Bureau and East Pottawattamie County Farm Bureau Board Members met with county officials to discuss current projects and challenges for the upcoming year. The meeting was held February 26 in Council Bluffs, and it was very well attended.
This meeting provides an opportunity for discussion to maintain and improve the quality of life in rural Pottawattamie County. 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖 to all of the county officials who accepted our invitation and attended this discussion. We appreciate your time and dedication you put towards the county!

We also want to thank Tish's Restaurant in Council Bluffs for being such 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 hosts and having us!

Our upcoming Legislative Forum will be held on Saturday, March 14th starting at 10:00am at Impact Hill in Oakland!

Representative David Sieck and Senator Mark Costello will be available to speak with attendees regarding agriculture issues in the community and state. There will be refreshments provided and the event will be open to anyone in the surrounding communities.

We encourage community members to use this opportunity to talk with our legislators regarding agriculture and other topics.

We were so excited to invite Riverside FFA along on this trip, and how amazing that we are one of the few County Farm Bureaus to offer a unique trip like this for the FFA students to connect with their state leaders as young farmers.💛💙
