Our Black joy moment of the week is actually a clip from Lois Toni M., a Pittsburgh-based certified InterPlay instructor who recently led a gesture choir during a Black Catholic Women’s retreat.

"I use movement, voice, story and relaxation to help anybody tap into the wisdom of their own bodies for personal and community healing through guided activities called 'forms,'" Lois said. "Bringing the birthright practices of movement, voice, story, witnessing and affirmation to people everywhere, especially BIPOC people of all ages, brings me joy!"
