fully furnished; wifi and utilities include

shared bathroom and kitchenette area for use (small fridge)

shared waiting room for use: (16 ft. by 22 ft. or approx. 350 square feet)

The office includes use of the waiting room, a bathroom and a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. It is very cozy and pleasant, well-decorated with natural west facing window light. Located in a building dedicated to mental health services right in the Grand Lake area of Oakland (3655 Grand Avenue Oakland, CA).
