We will look and explore exercises, breathing techniques and more, feeling the relationship between this deep hip flexor muscle relating to our head and neck.

Special Class - Release-Reset-Restore -The Hips
This workshop is designed to give people the tools they need to maintain healthy and balanced hips. The hips are so important because they relate directly to the sacrum/spine and to the knees. From sitting at desks and in cars or previous injuries/accidents, the pelvis and hips are often out of balance. This can lead to pain in the back, hips, or legs.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, we will begin by releasing the deeper muscles of the hip, followed by gentle mobilization exercises to reset the body and, finally, end with strengthening of the pelvis/hip/low back area.
Sliding Scale Payment $5-$40
You will receive a Zoom link 30 minutes before class.

I’ve been doing quite a bit of sitting—behind desks, on planes, buses, etc.—which is def making me think back to this “reverse sitting” TRX exercise I did with @noblemovement!
🔑 When performing this exercise, think of making I’s and T’s as you perform your lunges to open up that chest as you work your backside. You’ll be reversing all of that crouching forward you do over your desk or phone and firing up dat booty 😛🔥
