Julia specializes in Swedish Massage, and uses a variety of techniques including (but not limited to) deep tissue and trigger point release.

She has always had an interest in helping others reach their health and wellness goals; in addition to Massage, she also has 8 years experience as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
