"C" is for Conditioning...
What is conditioning? It's strength, it's stamina, it's the ability to finish that activity without getting injured because your body has the endurance to not give out. Conditioning works the muscles that stabilize your joints so that you don't hurt yourself at the end of the run, hike or pickleball game.
Conditioning works your cardiovascular and respiratory systems so that you can expand your lungs and their ability to fuel the body with fresh oxygen.
It calms the nervous system. It stimulates the lymphatic and limbic systems. Every body needs conditioning whether we realize it or not.
