Spring Training on Saturdays @8:30am will focus on core, toning, agility, mobility and strength (your inner athlete).

At the beginning of a new year, we start to think about what we want for ourselves and for our lives this year. The winter break and holidays of December intensify this desire to start afresh with our nutrition and health in January.

Now is the time to think about making small new habits.
Such as:

βœ”οΈScheduling workouts
βœ”οΈGrocery shopping
βœ”οΈNot eating after 8pm
βœ”οΈEating healthier snacks
βœ”οΈMaking our inner dialogue more kind

Looking at health holistically is all encompassing.
We have a new opportunity to reach higher.

Next comes core work to line it all up 🟰

Our Story

A Brooklynite and a Los Angelina met on myspace in the summer of 2007. Oakland - being the Brooklyn of the West Coast - called out. The waterfront district of Jack London Sq reminded them of the meat packing district in NYC. Sharing a passion for fitness, the couple bring a dynamic and balanced studio to the Bay Area. Open for 7 years, this duo offers personal training and fitness classes to those seeking inspiration, health and a fun approach to fitness.
