Sunday 1st day of diet:
Breakfast: Turkey Bacon, tomato, cantaloupe, one egg, 1tsp butter, cappuccino 290 calories
Mid-morning snack: pear and half think bar - 140 calories
Lunch: tuna w mayo, mustard, tomato, salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, carrot, pickle, feta, avocado - 260 calories
Mid-afternoon snack: turkey jerky 70 calories
Dinner: (sorry no image) Mediterranean Trader Joe’s salad 1 cup, green beans boiled in lots of salt, 1/4 cup boost cous (made from healthy grains) one ear of corn on cob with 1tsp butter - 425 calories
I try to consume only fish, chicken, fruits and vegetables on this diet but add in whole grains as needed.
❤️consumed a total of 1177 calories and burned about 1700 calories. I wasn’t hungry.
