Fluffy Moringa Matcha Muffins 💚
These naturally sweet and energizing muffins are made with whole, plant-based ingredients, perfect for a nourishing snack or a breakfast on the go. Featuring our Matcha Moringa Latte Superfood Blend, they’re packed with antioxidants + a gentle energy boost!
Vegan Moringa Matcha Muffins Recipe (makes 6-8):
✨ 1 cup almond flour
✨ 1/2 cup coconut sugar
✨ 1-2 tbsp Matcha Moringa Latte Superfood Blend
✨ 1/4 tsp baking soda
✨ Pinch of salt
✨ 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
✨ 1/4 cup almond milk
✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✨ Optional: a handful of dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin or grease lightly with coconut oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, Matcha Moringa Blend, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined. Fold in any add-ins if using.
Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
