VERTIGO, DIZZINESS, and CHIROPRACTIC
I have been working with two cases of VERTIGO this week. One woman in her late thirties had been using a cane for two weeks because vertigo made her unable to walk safely. She also was having associated headaches and nausea. She was “miserable.”
The other woman in her late 70s had spins and nausea with changing positions and even turning her head, called BPPV…. for multiple days.
THEY BOTH GOT BETTER WITH CHIROPRACTIC! (Epley Maneuver included.)
Patient 1 has not used her cane since her first adjustment. She reports that vertigo is not interrupting her daily “to-do’s” anymore.
Patient 2 has been able to return to her normal movements and activities with minimal discomfort.
What causes vertigo and dizziness?
There can be multiple causes… loose crystals in the inner ear, a virus, nerve inflammation/irritation, TMJ… Regardless of the cause, CHIROPRACTIC HELPS by restoring normal range of motion of the upper cervical joints, influencing movement of inner ear crystals, and/or decreasing pressure on cranial and cervical nerves related to balance and spacial awareness.
Do you or someone you know suffer from vertigo or dizziness? Please refer them to me for helpful, compassionate, and effective chiropractic care! Or at least forward this email to your friends to spread the knowledge.
