Join Baxter this Thursday for his annual Thanksgiving morning practice. It has become tradition over the many years at Mountain Yoga for good reason!

Baxter leads us through a happy, healthy start to the day with classic holiday poses like "put the turkey in the oven" and other fun yoga to leave you feeling grounded and open-hearted for the day ahead.

Come together, do yoga and count blessings on this day of gratitude. All levels welcome.
