Today is Mama’s birthday she would be 98, she passed July 2022 and she is still creating change. Mama was from Colon Panama 🇵🇦 and taught us about family, connection and love💕

May we all learn to love so deeply, connect so widely and trust as passionately as she taught. During her 90’s she was a force of nature and brought love and laughter (not to mention dance) wherever she went.

I have been sitting with the concept of community. What does it mean to me and to others? How does it feel in your embodied soul to feel loved, held, unconditionally loved and accepted for who you are from your freak flag to your down and dirty messy.

Do you have what you need? Do you know what it is you are yearning for or how to manifest it? When was the last time you slowed down and took a long hard look inward? Are you happy? Content? At peace with yourself? Do you know what it feels like to be in a place of love and joy most of the time?
