Thermography, or Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) is a non-invasive imaging procedure for monitoring physical conditions by showing thermal changes present in the body. DITI equipment is FDA Registered, is painless, does not employ the use of radiation, and involves no contact with the body. Our technicians have been certified through the American College of Clinical Thermology (ACCT) since 2009.⁠

DITI can play an integral part in monitoring and maintaining health and wellbeing over a patient’s lifetime. ⁠

As a non-invasive, completely safe test of physiology, DITI can provide healthcare professionals with unique findings that are adjunctive to other specialized tests that don’t show pain and dysfunction.⁠

DITI is used across a wide variety of areas for evaluation and monitoring of various conditions including:⁠

I became a lost soul, searching for light in the darkest time of my life.

Six months later, I decided to go to a bookstore to find a book on grieving, hoping it would help me heal. But no book seemed to reach my heart. As I was about to leave, walking toward the exit, I suddenly felt drawn to a deck of cards I had never seen before. I wasn’t sure what they were, but something about them pulled me in. I decided to buy them. They were Angel Cards. As I began using them, I noticed the messages guiding me toward healing.

Through this sacred journey, I learned how to connect with Angels, listen to their guidance, and recognize the loving presence of the ones who walk beside me. Over time, I began connecting with many others in the spiritual realm. That was the true beginning of my spiritual awakening.

Today, I am honored to share this divine connection with others through readings, mediumship, sound healing, and energy work. I am also a passionate advocate for animals, whose souls and spirits are deeply connected to our own.

My journey is proof that even in the midst of heartbreak, the Universe will always guide you in the right direction. All we need to do is listen — the answers are always there.”

This class is perfect for beginners but great for all levels of experience.

Yoga harmonizes the quest for a healthy body with the pursuit of a peaceful mind. This class encourages you to find strength, flexibility, and the balance between effort and ease through the practice of physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana).

Designed to establish a solid foundation for a mindful practice, the class will focus on basic postures along with essential breathing and meditation techniques. It's perfect for beginners, those looking to reconnect with their practice, and anyone who enjoys a slower, more deliberate pace.

This session offers the chance to thoughtfully challenge both the body and the mind.

When you commit to a regular yoga practice you will quickly find yourself to be leaner, more flexible, stronger and have a much more balanced lifestyle.
