A decade of transformation ✨From navigating the challenges of divorce and loss to watching my daughters blossom into incredible young adults, it’s been a journey of growth. I’ve faced my share of setbacks and heartaches, but as 2026 begins, I’m embracing change with intention and discipline as I move into alignment.

This year is all about honoring myself and moving forward because change only happens when changes happen.

Afternoon boost in a glass! Whipping up this delicious banana 🍌 and berry 🫐smoothie with a sprinkle of h**p seeds and a scoop of creatine.

Packed with 10g of protein, 10g of fiber, and a blend of vitamins and minerals. And I can’t forget a handful of cashews and walnuts to top it off (9 grams of protein & 3 grams of fiber) - being intentional with what I put in my body!
